Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Include all accessories (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products showing signs of misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.
For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
